Frequently asked questions about Modeco
What does Modeco supply?
Modeco d.o.o. of Đakovo designs, manufactures and installs steel halls and structures to EN 1090-2 in execution class EXC3, supplies sandwich panels with PUR and PIR cores, and makes roof sheets, flashings and gutters in its own production — since 2017.
How much does a steel hall cost?
The steel structure of the standard 10 × 30 × 5 m hall starts at 22,500 € excluding VAT — about 75 €/m² of floor area for the structure alone; the envelope, foundations and installation are quoted separately. The calculation is published item by item.
How is production certified?
Factory production control to EN 1090-1, execution to EN 1090-2 up to class EXC3, welding to EN ISO 3834-2. The certificate and the declaration of performance for the structure are available on request.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Modeco answers a written enquiry stating the location, dimensions and use within 48–72 working hours, with a quote in which the structure, the envelope, transport and installation are separate items.
