Cookie policy

Informative translation. The legally binding version is the Croatian one; in case of any discrepancy it prevails. Contracts are concluded under Croatian law.

Cookies are small files that a page stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the page to work at all, and for the others we ask for your consent. Here you can read which ones we use and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. On your next visit the browser returns that file to the site, so that it can recognise you — for example remember that you are signed in or what you have put in the basket.

Alongside cookies we also use local browser storage, a technology that works in a similar way but keeps the data on your device until you delete it yourself. In this policy we call both of them cookies.

2. Necessary cookies and cookies that require consent

  • Necessary cookies are needed for the basic operation of the page — sign-in, the basket and security. Without them the page would not work properly, so they are always set and no consent is asked for them.
  • Analytics cookies are not necessary. They serve to show us how many people visit the pages and which content is useful to them. They are set only with your consent.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking across other sites.

Measurement without storing anything in the browser

These two tools measure visits but store nothing on your device — neither a cookie nor local storage. We list them because you are entitled to know who processes data, even though no consent is required for them.

  • Plausible Analytics (Modeco (vlastita instanca, analytics.vi-di.me)) — counts visits without cookies and without following an individual across pages
  • Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.) — measures load speed and page views; sets no cookie (verified by measurement)

4. How to give, refuse or change consent

You can give or refuse consent for analytics cookies on your first visit to the pages, and change it later by deleting the site data in your browser — after it has been deleted you will be asked for your choice again. Independently of that, your decision is valid for 12 months; once it expires we ask again, because consent is not permanent.

Refusing analytics cookies does not restrict the use of the pages in any way: browsing products, sending enquiries and buying all work in the same way.

5. How to delete cookies in your browser

You can review and delete all cookies in the settings of your browser, and you can also prevent them from being set in advance. The settings are usually found here:

  • Chrome — Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data.
  • Safari — Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox — Settings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge — Settings, Cookies and site permissions.

If you block all cookies, signing in to a user account and completing a purchase will not work, because they depend on necessary cookies.
