Delivery and payment

The delivery costs, methods of payment and indicative lead times are set out here in advance, so that you know the total amount before you commit to a purchase.

The prices stated apply to standard delivery and are also shown in the basket once you choose a county. For counties that are not on the list we determine the transport cost individually according to weight, dimensions and location — we tell you the amount before any payment is taken.
Sheets, panels and structures are bulky goods and are not sent as ordinary post; delivery is by pallet or lorry transport.
2. Methods of payment
Card payment
Payment is taken through a secure card payment system. We neither see nor store card details — they are processed solely by the payment provider. Card payment is available when the delivery cost is known in advance.
Bank transfer
For payment by bank transfer we send a quote with the payment reference and bank details. The goods go into preparation once the payment has been recorded.
Deposit
For larger orders a deposit can be paid to reserve a production slot, with the balance paid as agreed.

Lead times are indicative and run from the order confirmation, or from the recorded payment in the case of a bank transfer. We confirm the specific date in the order confirmation. For prefabricated halls and larger structures the date is agreed separately, because it depends on the project and the structural design.
4. Taking delivery and checking the goods
When taking delivery, check for visible damage caused in transport and report it immediately, before signing the delivery note. Later complaints about transport damage are harder to prove. The complaints procedure is described on the page Complaints and objections.

Delivery and payment — frequently asked questions
How is payment made and is an advance payment needed?
Payment is made by card in the webshop, or by bank transfer against the quote or order confirmation, with a payment reference. For larger orders and made-to-measure goods an advance payment is agreed; the balance is paid before dispatch or on collection, as stated in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items 3–7 working days, made-to-measure goods such as flashings and sheet cut to length 5–7 working days, panels and larger series 14–21 days. We answer a written enquiry within 48–72 working hours. The lead times run from the order confirmation or from receipt of payment; the binding date is stated in the order confirmation.
Can I collect the goods myself?
You can. Collection at the plant in Đakovo is possible by appointment and saves the transport cost. Sheets, panels and structures are bulky goods — allow for a suitable vehicle, and for lengths over 6 m a trailer or a lorry.
What if the goods are damaged in transit?
Inspect the goods on receipt and report any damage at once, before signing the delivery note — later on, damage in transit is hard to prove. Report it to [email protected] or +385 31 286 066; the procedure is set out in the complaints policy.
