200-Tonne Precision
When the material thickness exceeds the standards, our computerised (CNC) presses come into play. With a pressing capacity of up to 200 tonnes, press-brake technology bends L, U, C and Z profiles in thicknesses up to 6 mm.

On-Site Assembly

Our machinery fleet provides logistical autonomy on the construction site up to a height of 40 metres. We do not depend on external subcontractors.

Which materials and thicknesses does the laser cut?
Structural and stainless steel up to 20 mm, on a working area of 1500 × 3000 mm, with a 6 kW fibre laser. Aluminium and thin sheet by arrangement; cuts are nested so that waste is kept to a minimum.
Up to what thickness and length is sheet bent?
On the 200 t press brake up to 6 mm sheet thickness and 3200 mm bending length; L, U, C and Z profiles as well as flashings by developed width. The CNC angle control compensates for springback.
Does Modeco produce series for other companies?
Yes — contract manufacturing for construction companies, roofers, facade and steel fabricators: laser cuts, flashings and profiles in series, on three shifts. A drawing, a DXF file or a sample is enough for a quote.
What do you need for a quote?
A drawing or DXF, the material and thickness, the quantity, the surface finish (galvanised, coated, bare) and the delivery date. The quote follows within 48–72 working hours; made-to-measure goods are delivered in 5–7 working days, series by arrangement.
Do you deliver cuts and flashings outside Croatia?
Yes, from the plant in Đakovo across Croatia and into the EU; transport is quoted per project, according to quantity, dimensions and destination.
Do you also take on installation and crane work?
Yes. Our own installation teams for panels, roofs and steel structures, and a mobile crane with a lifting height of up to 40 m. Details are on the Installation and machinery page.
