What does the roof configurator calculate?
From the width, length and pitch it works out the sloping roof area, from that the number of sheets including overlap, plus ridge pieces, gutters, downpipes and screws — and an indicative price from the current price list. The pitch is taken into account: a footprint of 100 m² gives about 115 m² of roof area at 30°.
Is the calculated price binding?
It is not. The price is indicative, from the price list, without an on-site measurement, without transport and without installation. Only the written quote is binding, after the dimensions, quantities and availability have been checked.
Which sheet should I choose?
The configurator offers trapezoidal sheets T-18 to T-45 and tile-profile sheet. The choice depends on the purlin spacing: the higher the profile, the greater the permitted spacing. T-18 has a covering width of 1100 mm and starts at 9.90 € per square metre including VAT (7.92 € excluding VAT) in the cheaper colour group.
Are gutters included in the calculation?
They are — the gutter is calculated by the eaves length and the downpipes by the area to be drained, sized to EN 612. For the exact gutter profile and the number of downpipes, use the 3D gutter quotation.
What material are the sheets?
S320GD steel with a zinc coating of Z275 (275 g/m² both sides together) to EN 10346, with a polyester coating of 35 µm on the visible side. Roll-forming takes place in our own plant in Đakovo; the lead time for made-to-measure goods is 5–7 working days.
